HT Digital ArtworkAfter many trials, tribulations and adventures, Durban based rock band HABIT TO, are ready to release HellBent, part one of a two EP release. The lead single, off the album ‘Dreaming’ shows a different side to Habit To, and throws a massive anthemic punch, one bound to have you singing along.

Working with Grammy award winning producer, Harshn Reddy, the new material is fresh and has HABIT TO exploring new sounds while still holding onto their roots.

Listen to 'Dreaming' below!

HellBent, is a contemporary collection of pop/rock songs that showcases HABIT TO’s musical growth with Chillie pushing her vocal abilities to the limits, Yesh thumping groovy bass lines and Dang driving the beats.

The single Dreaming will take listeners by surprise with its powerful groove and anthemic chorus. Chillie’s lyrics talk about life's struggles, letting go and having fun.

Recording for the new release started as far back in 2013 when the band was coming off a heavy touring schedule. Tragedy struck the band shortly after recording commenced which left the band without a bass player. After a brief hiatus to heal HABIT TO began the search to complete the rhythm section. The band discovered the missing link with bassist, Yesh Naidoo. With all the material HABIT TO have recorded the band have decided to give their fans a treat in the form of two separate EP releases, HellBent and Heaven Sent.

HABIT TO’s 'HellBent', is a tour de force that will lift your spirits, get your feet tapping and your heart beating.
